How Nexys3D handles your quote details, design files, and information saved on your device.

You may also provide a category, material, quantity, instructions, model link, and up to three design files. Share only what your project needs; avoid unrelated personal information in files or notes. The website does not collect payment card details or take payments.
We process your inquiry to assess printability, prepare an estimate, respond to you, and arrange an order you choose to proceed with. This lets us take steps at your request toward providing our service. Security checks help prevent spam. Uploading a file does not transfer its ownership to Nexys3D. We use it to evaluate and carry out your requested project; public display or use for other customers requires separate permission.
We do not sell personal information. When email notifications are configured, Resend delivers a generic notification with an inquiry reference and a link to the protected workshop inbox. New notifications do not include your name, contact detail, project notes, model links, or attachment names. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification and technical information to detect automated abuse. These providers may process information outside the Philippines under their privacy terms. Shopee and Facebook links lead to separate services with their own privacy notices.
The quote form saves typed details, including your name, contact detail, notes, and model link, in browser storage on this device so you can return to an unfinished request. Files are not stored with the draft and must be selected again. A draft is removed after a successful submission. After 30 days without an edit, it is removed when you next open the website; you can clear it sooner through your browser's site-data controls. Use care on shared devices. Theme preferences are saved locally. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie. The website does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers; verification services may use their own storage.
Uploaded files are private and require an authorized workshop account. Our approved policy keeps unaccepted inquiries and files for 90 days after the last meaningful update, completed projects for 365 days after completion, and spam for 30 days after it is marked. A documented, time-limited hold can extend retention for active work, a dispute, or a legal requirement. Once an owner enables scheduled cleanup, eligible website records and files are deleted automatically, with retries for temporary failures. Existing records receive a grace period from first activation. While automation is disabled, deletion is handled manually on request. Sent notification records expire after 30 days when cleanup is enabled. Earlier email copies and backups are managed separately and are not erased by this website cleanup. We will explain any applicable reason for retaining limited records when responding to a deletion request.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access to and correction of your personal information, object to processing, request erasure or blocking where applicable, and request a portable copy where the law provides for it.
